«PERCEPTION» PERSONAL EXHIBITION IN DNIPRO ART MUSEUM
15.02.2018–11.03.2018 – «Perception» personal exhibition of the Ukrainian artist Anatoliy Menkiv in Dnipro Art Museum.
Perception is the reflection in the human brain of objects and phenomena, of objective reality due to their direct influence on the senses. Perception, as well as feeling, belongs to the sensory knowledge of the objective world. Cognition always begins with living contemplation, from sensations and perceptions.
Anatoliy is an author who shows his individuality, creates genre artistic paintings the motifs and ideas for which he finds during travels and fills them with his philosophical meditations on the world. more
Anatoliy Menkiv – first acquaintance with this person sometimes gives a wrong impression of some formally shown simplicity. He is far too much cheerful, communicative, sometimes even too fuss. But if you get to know him better, you will understand depth of his personality, scope of his knowledge, complex seriousness of his arguments on present-day world. Actually you are under impression of his capacity to work and ability to divide his time in such manner as to be able to do everything – for example, to organize the more interesting projects that can be listed on several pages. more
